Editable reconstruction of a document when a PDF or scan does not contain a convenient working source layout.
When this is required
A PDF may come from a scan, an image, an old layout or a system that did not preserve the original structure. In such cases, ordinary text import does not solve the problem: the document itself has to be rebuilt first.
What gets reconstructed
- page structure and text blocks;
- tables, captions and graphic elements;
- headings, lists and recurring page elements;
- visual hierarchy and reading order.
The result is an editable document that can be prepared for further translation, localization or release in the agreed format.
